Fee schedule 

• Travel Fee – With 10 miles = $85 
  • Travel Fee- Beyond 10 miles - to be determined dpending on location
• Complex Documents Fee - dependent on the complexity of the loan, will, trust, deed, and number of signers.  
• After-Hours Dispatch Fee – $75 
• Weekend Dispatch Fee – $75
• Holiday Fee – $100 for appointments needed on any Federal Holiday.
